The engineer behind the service
Control systems · Automation · OT · CAD design
Stockport, Greater Manchester
Carlos is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. His background combines control systems engineering, hands-on field support and technical leadership.
His career has taken him from diagnostics and specialist equipment to autonomous systems and industrial automation. It is a practical foundation for understanding how a design behaves once it reaches the site.
Carlos has completed GRAITEC’s Autodesk Training Passport MFG Advanced, including Autodesk Inventor Professional, AutoCAD, Advance Steel, sheet metal and iLogic. His CAD capabilities also include SOLIDWORKS for mechanical modelling and engineering drawings.
EaaS brings that experience into an independent consultancy: a direct relationship with the engineer doing the work, a clear scope and attention to the details that make systems understandable and maintainable.
Whether you need a technical sounding board, additional engineering capability or support through a demanding project phase, the starting point is a clear conversation about the outcome you need.
The consultancy is structured around your engineering requirements. Technology recommendations are made in the context of the installed systems, operational constraints and agreed scope.
Engineer as a Service Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 15632231, and based in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
How the work is approached
Ask the right questions, examine the evidence and make the constraints explicit before deciding what needs to change.
Explain technical choices, agree responsibilities and keep the people involved informed about decisions and progress.
Pay attention to testing, documentation and the knowledge your team needs when the project work is complete.
A first conversation can help turn an unclear challenge into a practical next step.
